This year’s event will be played in conjunction with the prestigious Piaget Silver Cup.

The Braille Institute Auxiliary of Santa Barbara was formed in 1981 by dedicated community members, whose efforts continue today. Auxiliary events combine both fundraising and volunteer talents in benefiting Braille Institute, which has given thousands of vision-impaired people “Solutions in Sight” so that they can live satisfying, fulfilling lives. All the programs at Braille Institute are provided free of charge. We hold this annual fundraiser to augment donations which will allow us to continue to provide these services to the community.

There are five auxiliary groups at Braille Institute. Auxiliaries support the charitable activities of Braille Institute and its programs, services and regional centers. In addition, auxiliaries heighten community awareness of Braille Institute. Each of our auxiliaries creates its own dynamic fundraising event.

In addition to supporting a worthy cause, auxiliaries foster friendships and a chance to enhance event planning and leadership skills. And they’re also fun!
