We all feel the effects of stress in our daily lives, but sometimes we are in need of further coping skills and strategies to manage it all. Join us for this interactive workshop, in which Rachel Walsh, of CA Hope 805, will share valuable information on visualization techniques, breathing practices, and communication tools that will bring you greater stability the next time life becomes a bit imbalanced.
