This workshop will give a brief overview of the Otago Exercise Fall Prevention program and discuss fall prevention strategies that can be implemented into your daily life.
Attendees will leave the workshop with the ability to perform a series of home-based balance and strengthening exercises designed to reduce falls in at-risk adults. Special attention will be focused on the practical implications of using the Otago exercises to facilitate Orientation and Mobility instruction.
