We all experience stress as a normal part of life. It can be healthy and motivating, but if it becomes overwhelming it can undermine our health and wellbeing. In this workshop, you’ll learn the benefits of daily mindfulness as well as quick-and-easy mindfulness exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere. Through focus on breathing and visualization, participants will learn to use mindfulness to manage stress and build resiliency while fostering a positive mind-body connection. Braille Institute San Diego volunteer presenter, Jennifer Etris is a Developmental Psychologists and UC San Diego graduate.
