Learn food options and lifestyle tips to support aging healthily. The keys to successful aging include accepting changes and finding meaningful activities.

There are many complementary and alternative therapies that are proven to slow aging, and also ameliorate some of its effects. This workshop covers foods that support healthy aging as well as micronutrients and macronutrients that have been scientifically proven in peer-reviewed studies to slow and support the aging process. Beneficial recipes will also be introduced as well as exercise techniques that promote health and flexibility. Topics will also include organization, furniture placement, corners and edges, carpets and area rugs, lighting and lighting placement etc.
